What really grinds your gears about derogatory words referring to women?

When girls refer to their gal-friends as "bitches." It makes them all seem like cronies of a one-dimensional personality.

When a woman is described as dressing "slutty" when she is not modestly dressed. She should be able to wear whatever she wants without being judged.

The question, "What up, ho?" I am NOT anyone's ho, thank you.

When people get offended by my using a slur as a term of endearment for my friends. I choose the meaning of the word I use, and that should be all that matters.
